Consider committing to one or more of the areas below.

HOST & PURCHASE A TABLE or SELL TABLES TO FRIENDS/COMPANIES

BINA seeks Table Hosts who are able to bring guests to the gala who they feel should be introduced to our mission. Commit to the purchase of a table at a level which you are comfortable with ranging from $5,000 - $30,000 and become a Table Host, or ask friends and companies to fund a table. Table Hosts provide us with a list of whom they wish to invite as their guests. We will mail physical invitations on the Table Host’s behalf. We also provide Table Hosts with a personalized digital invitation they can send via email directly to their guests. Table Hosts are listed on the gala materials in the Leadership Committee section if they have committed by June 15, 2025. Payment for table commitments are due September 1st.

CORPORATE SPONSOR SECUREMENT

Spread the word about the Horsing Around at the Mandarin Gala by offering an introduction to companies who may consider becoming a Corporate Sponsor. If you make the introduction, we are happy to do any solicitation. We are also able to provide in-person tours to anyone in your network who you feel should visit the center. For those who secure a Corporate Sponsor at our $5,000 level, if you are not purchasing a table, you will receive 1 ticket to the event. If committed to a level of $10,000 or more, you will receive 2 tickets. If you are purchasing a table, we will provide you with one free recreational riding lesson. Anyone who is able to secure a Corporate Sponsor by June 15th will be listed on the Leadership Committee.

AUCTION ITEMS

Help us secure items for our live and silent auctions during the gala. Who’s in your orbit? Hair salons, restaurants, hotels, sports events, retail gift certificates, ski resorts, airfare miles, travel or destination packages, unique experiences, etc. Donations don’t need to be large to have a big impact! Committee members may also assist with the pickup and drop-off of the items once secured. Donations can be entered into our website on the Auction Donation Page or the details can be emailed to horsingaround@binafarm.org and we can take care of the rest!

For those who are soliciting auction items and are not buying tickets or a table at the gala, we invite you to volunteer at the event. All seats are reserved for purchased tickets/tables.
